The nano-positioning system for microscope objective lenses is a piezo-driven, curved guide-type nano-positioning system that enables fine focus adjustments for microscope objective lenses. This nano-positioner and piezo actuator, with a total travel range of 100μm and minimal axis deviation, allows for stable imaging throughout the entire travel range of the microscope. It comes with objective lens adapter sets for RMS, M25, and M26, which can be directly screwed into the turret of your microscope, providing a stable mounting surface for the nano-positioner.
